One address, and a person on the other end.

Know Your Strata is run by one person, Nour Attaallah. There is no support queue and no ticket number. Email reaches me directly.

What to write about

An error in a tool
This is the most useful message you can send and it goes to the front of the queue. Tell me which page, what it said, and what you believe the correct answer is. If you have the section number, include it. Corrections are made to the page and the verified date is updated when they are.
A section that has been amended
An automated watcher checks the B.C. and Ontario legislation weekly, but it is not infallible. If you know a provision changed, tell me. Same priority as an error.
A problem with a Board Starter Pack purchase
Lost your access link, paid and did not land in the pack, or want a refund. Include the email address you paid with. Refunds are covered in the terms.
A tool that does not exist yet
What the board actually needed and could not find. Requests are how the build order gets set.
Press, associations and chapters
If you run a chapter newsletter, a management newsletter or an owners association and want to point members at something on the site, that is welcome and there is nothing to arrange. Write if it is easier to ask first.

What I cannot answer

I am not a lawyer, and nothing sent here or replied to creates a lawyer-client relationship. I cannot tell you what to do about your specific dispute, interpret your registered bylaws, review your minutes, or advise on a matter that is before a tribunal or headed there.

For that kind of help, go to a strata or condominium lawyer in your province. These are also the right places to start, and they are free:

How long a reply takes

Realistically, a few days. Corrections and purchase problems are answered first. If a message has not been answered in a week, it did not arrive, so send it again.

Where this is operated from

Know Your Strata is operated from Connecticut, in the United States, and covers Canadian legislation. Why that works, and why the sourcing method matters more than the postcode, is explained on the about page. Subscribers to the mailing list receive the full postal address in the footer of every email, as Canadian anti-spam law requires.
