Ontario law is mid-transition — so the date matters

The Condominium Act, 1998 has been amended in stages, with provisions coming into force at different times. That makes a verified date more than housekeeping here: it tells you which text was actually read. Section 50 was read from the official statute on ontario.ca, and the page says so alongside the answer.
